Welcome to the Sommelier, Baptiste and Céline have created a guest house based around wine and beer in the charming village of Bailleul. We are delighted to welcome you to the Brewer's Room, designed to give you an immersive experience at the heart of brewing culture.
Drawing on his experience in some of the world's finest gourmet restaurants, Baptiste has imagined a space warm, elegant and inspiring. You'll discover a refined atmosphere, an unobstructed view of the Flanders hills, and a décor that's been meticulously crafted down to the last detail.
To get your day off to a good start, treat yourself to our home-made breakfast (€14/person), made with local produce: brioche, sourdough bread, Mont des Cats Trappist cheese, homemade granola and yoghurt, locally roasted coffee, quality tea and fruit juices from nearby orchards.
The communal kitchen is available for you to prepare your meals. And if you wish, we'll be delighted to organise a meal for you. tasting of local beers at Baptiste's brewery partners... or even a meeting with local winegrowers.
The house is ideally situated for exploring the treasures of the region: the Flanders Hills, the war museums at Ypres, and the lively streets of Lille.

It's a dream location in the quiet countryside, yet only 2 minutes from Bailleul town centre.
The cleanliness of the room, the comfort of our bedding, the peace and quiet and the availability of our host, who took great care of us.... meant that we had an excellent stay and would be delighted to come back.

A real favourite! This bed and breakfast is a little haven of peace where you immediately feel at home. The welcome was warm, attentive and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated and the bed incredibly comfortable. The breakfast, homemade with local produce, was a pure delight.
